How HSBC Everyday Account can help you

Cash withdrawals

Our HSBC Everyday Account comes with an HSBC Debit Mastercard®, that you can use at New Zealand ATMs to withdraw cash. You can also use it overseas to access the funds in your Everyday account.

HSBC New Zealand won't charge you for an ATM withdrawal, but be aware that ATM operators around the world might.

Please tell us before you travel. Let us know where you are travelling to and approximate dates.  Please ensure we have your up-to-date contact details, including a mobile telephone number if available.

Internet Banking

With HSBC internet banking you can check your balance, see your statements and pay your bills and much more. To see how it works, watch our interactive demo. Internet banking facilities are available 24/7, subject to planned maintenance periods.

Telephone Banking

Get a balance enquiry, obtain transaction details and transfer cash between accounts at any time, day or night, with our automated service. And if you have a query, our Premier consultants are available at 0800 028 088, 24/7 every day of the year. Calls may be monitored and/or recorded.

Easy payments

Make it easy to manage your money by setting up direct debits, automatic payments or bill payments so your bills are paid automatically. Plus you can make one-off payments to friends and family, either online or over the phone.
