Adobe (Live) Sign

To make it easier to send and receive signed instructions from you electronically

HSBC has chosen Adobe as a Global partner to power the Live Sign platform. 'Live Sign' capability lets customers sign documents digitally on their own device, saving time and paper.

Adobe Sign is an electronic signature solution for signing documents electronically, an alternate channel for our customers to interact with the Bank without the need to be physically present at a branch.

How does Live Sign Work?

We will send a digital document via Adobe Sign that requires you to fill and sign electronically.

You will receive an Adobe Sign link which will be sent to your registered email address with the Bank.

All you have to do is click on the link, enter your one-time-passcode (A SMS will be delivered to the mobile phone number you have registered with us), complete your document and digitally sign.  Your document is then automatically returned to HSBC.
