Terms and conditions for the Wealth and Personal Banking Member Get Member (Share the HSBC Premier experience) offer

Offer and Criteria:

1. This offer applies to New Zealand HSBC customers only.
   
2. The offer: We will give you a NZD500 gift card for each person you refer to us, who:
   
   1. Is on boarded as an HSBC New Zealand Premier customer by meeting our Premier eligibility criteria (provided that where they qualify based on annual income alone, they must also take out a mortgage of at least $100k, or deposit at least $100k in a transaction, savings or term deposit account),
      and;
   2. The referred person cannot be a current or past customer of HSBC New Zealand,
      and;
      
   3. The referred person must deposit or draw down the required amounts to their New Zealand HSBC Premier account within three months from the date the referral is made.
3. There is no limit to the number of people that an existing customer can recommend, however non-personal customers, such as Trusts and Companies, are not eligible under this programme.
4. Only one gift card will be provided:
   
   1. for joint account customers, and
      
   2. regardless of the number of accounts one customer opens
      
5. Complete the Share the HSBC Premier experience Form online.

General Terms:

1. The NZD500 gift voucher will be issued within six weeks of HSBC New Zealand verifying that the recommended person has successfully met the criteria of this programme.
2. Employees of HSBC and their immediate families are not eligible for this offer.
3. The date of referral must not be later than the date of account opening.
4. If two different eligible customers refer the same customer who starts an HSBC Premier relationship during the Programme period, only the first eligible customer who sent in the referral form will be entitled to receive the Reward.
5. The personal information collected for the purposes of this referral programme will be held by HSBC. The intended recipients of the information are HSBC, its agents, its related companies and employees. The Privacy Act 2020 gives you and referees the right to view and correct the personal information that HSBC holds.
6. HSBC New Zealand reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time without notice.
7. The gift card is only valid for one year and is not transferable to another person or for cash.
8. Notice of the termination of this programme will be published on our website.
