Branch Banking

Visit our Auckland Branch on Level 21, HSBC Tower, 188 Quay Street, Auckland.

Our standard opening hours are 9.30am to 4.00pm, Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Deposits through Westpac

You can deposit up to $9000 New Zealand dollars cash into your HSBC account through any Westpac branch in New Zealand. All you need is a pre-printed HSBC Deposit Book. You can also change the PIN on your HSBC Card at any Westpac branch.

We are removing cheques and drafts as payment methods

Over the next few months we’ll be removing HSBC cheques, bank cheques and bank drafts from service.
