HSBC Payment platforms – Scheduled maintenance – 4/5 May 2024
Please be informed that there is a scheduled maintenance on our payment platforms between 11:30pm on Saturday 4 May to 5:00pm Sunday 5 May. Any payments made from your HSBC account to another bank will be delayed and processed from 5:00pm on Sunday evening. Transfers between your accounts and to credit cards are not affected by this maintenance. We apologize for inconvenience caused.
Important notice:
We are aware of scam letters being circulated in Auckland claiming to be from HSBC employees and offering fake investment opportunities. If you receive a scam letter, please do not respond. Instead, report it to us at phishing@hsbc.com.
