Whenever you want, from anywhere in New Zealand (toll free) or from overseas simply by using a touch tone phone and ringing 09 918 8350. This service operates via a voice prompt with instructions in English, Cantonese or Mandarin.

Check account balances & recent transactions
Check the latest exchange rates on certain currencies
Check the latest term deposit rates for New Zealand Dollar term deposits
Set up or renew your term deposits
Request for the latest exchange rates and term deposit rates to be faxed to you
Transfer funds between your HSBC accounts (with the exception of non transactional loan accounts or term deposits)
Pay bills* (make third party payments)
