What can I do?
Within Internet Banking it is possible to do the following:
- view your balances and recent account activity night and day
- move money between your accounts
- set up recurring or one off transfers to any of your own bank accounts or someone else's account in New Zealand fee free
- arrange overseas transfers *
- arrange automatic payments
- pay bills using Bill Payment fee free
- change your personal details (eg if you move house)
- stop cheques, order a new cheque book, contact HSBC and request historical statements
- open a new term deposit and change maturity instructions
- check loan balances
* Overseas Transfers within internet banking cost $20.
