Worldwide safety and security
- If you lose your Premier ATM card, call 0800 028 088 (within New Zealand) or +64 9 368 8557 (outside New Zealand) and we'll cancel it immediately and arrange a replacement card. Emergency cash can be arranged in the interim until your new card is received. You can collect the cash at any Premier branch. Conditions apply.
- Our emergency support services apply to your immediate family members, providing peace of mind for you.
